Order Cancellations and Product Returns

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled up until they are shipped out. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us VIA EMAIL. If the order has not been shipped, we will be able to cancel or amend the order.

Returns:

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return after receiving your order, please contact us via email only within 7 days after receiving your shipment so that we can provide you with complete instructions for returning your purchase to us.

We’ll issue a refund, exchange or store credit – your choice – for the merchandise once the items are returned to us. We’re sorry but all requests for returns and exchanges must be made via email only.
